  -NISAA and  Cuisine: a weekly  segment where we offer a recipe for  a Palestinian dish.
   
  -NISAA and Motherhood: a weekly  segment in  which Alaa discusses  issues that  relates to  Mothers and Children.
  
  -NISAA and Sports: a weekly  segment where we offer women  advice on the importance of sports in our lives ...  also Alaa discuss women's  sports events in Palestine

  A weekly discussion where we talk about women physiological changes and body changes related to menstruation, pregannacy birth and menopause.

  Alaa interviews weekly  beauty to give our women listeners tips on skin and hair beauty .

  A daily selection of  news on  arab and western artists and stars.

• NISAA Hotline:
  A  discussion of some controversial social issues  related to  women and society.  VOX POPS are collected from the street and broadcast to open a discussion with an expert on the same issue.

  Alaa takes the most prominent news of the day  And discusses it with local analysts.
